Amahoro Hub provides: • Mubyeyi AI: An AI-powered health information chatbot providing educational content about sexual reproductive health, mental health, and general wellness • Safe-Path Map: A location-based service to help users find youth-friendly and accessible health facilities • Educational Resources: Articles, videos, and sign language content on various health topics • Crisis Support: Referrals to emergency services and mental health support hotlines Our services are designed to be accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: • Our services provide EDUCATIONAL HEALTH INFORMATION only • We do NOT provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions • Information from Mubyeyi AI should NOT replace professional medical advice • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns • In case of emergency, call emergency services immediately (112 in Rwanda) By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand this disclaimer and will not hold Amahoro Hub liable for decisions made based on information provided.

When using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when creating an account • Use the services only for their intended purpose (health education and support) • Not share your account credentials with others • Not use the platform to harm, harass, or discriminate against others • Not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access • Report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or inappropriate content you encounter • Respect the privacy and dignity of other users in community features

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Using the platform for illegal purposes • Impersonating healthcare professionals or Amahoro Hub staff • Sharing false or misleading health information • Attempting to exploit or harm vulnerable users • Uploading malicious software or attempting to hack our systems • Using automated tools to scrape data or overload our servers • Commercial use of our services without written permission Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do: • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page • For significant changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notification • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms • If you disagree with changes, you may close your account We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
