Is my conversation with Mubyeyi AI private?
Yes, absolutely. Your conversations are confidential and are not stored permanently. We process your questions in real-time to provide helpful information, but we do not keep records of individual conversations. Your privacy is our priority.
Can Mubyeyi AI diagnose medical conditions?
No. Mubyeyi AI provides educational health information only. It cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
What topics can I ask about?
You can ask about sexual and reproductive health, mental health and emotional wellbeing, general health questions, finding nearby health facilities, and understanding health topics in simple language.

What is Safe-Path Map?
Safe-Path Map helps you find youth-friendly and accessible health facilities near you. It shows locations, services offered, accessibility features, and allows you to get directions.
How does it find facilities near me?
Safe-Path Map uses your device's location (with your permission) to show nearby facilities. You can also search by district or facility name if you prefer not to share your location.
What does 'youth-friendly' mean?
Youth-friendly facilities have staff trained to provide non-judgmental services to young people, offer confidential consultations, have convenient hours, and create a welcoming environment for youth.

Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We have strict access controls, regular security audits, and we follow international data protection standards. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can my parents see my activity?
No. We do not share your activity or conversations with parents or guardians without your explicit consent, except in cases of immediate danger where we may need to connect you with emergency services.

Do I need an account to use Amahoro Hub?
No. You can use Mubyeyi AI and browse health information without creating an account. However, having an account allows you to save favorite facilities, track your wellness journey, and receive personalized content.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page and enter your email or phone number. We'll send you a verification code to reset your password.
How do I change my language preference?
You can change languages in your account settings or by asking Mubyeyi AI in your preferred language. The chatbot supports Kinyarwanda, English, and French.
